Portsmouth, Va. (WTKR) - Detectives in three Hampton Roads cities are investigating if more than a dozen armed robberies over the past month are connected.
Portsmouth Police tell NewsChannel 3 their detectives have been sharing information with counterparts in Norfolk and Chesapeake.
Since April 10, there have been 11 armed robberies of convenience stores, cell phone stores, gas stations and hotels in Portsmouth.
There have also been several armed robberies of businesses in Chesapeake and Norfolk.
