Newport News, Virginia – Police say 35-year-old Jason Niecse of Newport News was arrested after an accident resulting in a car crashing into a house.
According to police, Niecse was driving a 2006 Ford van on Burnham Place and hit a parked car, causing the parked car to crash into a house and roll over onto its side.
Niecse was transported to the hospital with minor injuries where he was treated and released.
Niecse was arrested and charged with driving under suspension third offense and reckless driving.
Police say alcohol was a factor.
