Norfolk, Va. - Feeding the parking meters in the City of Norfolk may be a bit easier now. The city has a new cell phone app that will let you pay the meters right from your phone.
The Passport Parking Mobile Pay app is easy to use. You just enter the three-digit zone that you're in, followed by the three-digit parking space. Then enter how much money you want on the meter. You can put up to three dollars or two hours.
The app does require a credit card, but for those using the app, it’s a handy tool making Norfolk parking a little better.
