Chesapeake, Va. - A portion of Willow Arch Road in Chesapeake has been shut down for a water main break.
People who live off the street say they were forced to park their cars at a nearby church and walk home.
Chesapeake city workers even had to shut off the water for people living near the break.
Crews say it could take hours to fix the broken pipe.
