James City County Police are investigating reports of a Peeping Tom who was reported to be filming inside the women’s restroom of the Walmart Neighborhood Market.
Police say the incident occurred on November 30th.
A woman told police that she saw someone in a bathroom stall holding a phone underneath the stall. She was able to provide a description of the person to police.
The suspect has since been identified but has not yet been arrested.
