Hampton police searching for man who robbed 7-Eleven on Fox Hill Road

r1Hampton, Va. – Hampton police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the man who robbed the 7-Eleven in the 400 block of Fox Hill Road on Sunday.

Police say the man entered the store around 9pm with a gun and demanded money, then fled. No one was injured in the robbery.

The suspect is described as an African-American male, 5’08”-5’10”, approximately 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black gloves and a black mask covering his head.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Hampton Police Division at 727-6111 or the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP. Tipsters can also send an anonymous tip via text message to the Crime Line by texting “HAMPTONPDTIPS plus your tip” to 274637 (CRIMES).

Crime Line callers remain anonymous and never appear in court. If a Crime Line call results in an arrest, the caller is eligible for a reward up to $1,000.00.
