Virginia Beach, Va. - Police have identified the man found dead in a small pond off Lynnhaven Parkway near Pleasant Valley Road.
28-year-old Ryan Rockwell was found Friday afternoon in knee deep water.
Beach police are still investigating, but they say it doesn't appear that a crime was committed.
