More than 40,000 U.S. Navy Sailors are spending this Thanksgiving on watch in defense of their country and loved ones back home.
The Navy’s San Diego-based aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson is currently deployed to the 5th Fleet Area of Operations in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.
