Jesse Matthew, the suspect in the abduction of missing UVA student Hannah Graham, will be moved from Charlottesville to Fairfax.
Matthew was indicted earlier this week in connection with a rape in Fairfax that occurred in 2005.
According to WUSA9, when the indictment was handed down, Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Ray Morrogh said he would be asking for the bench warrant to bring Matthew to Fairfax for the trial.
No court date has been set for Matthew in Fairfax County.
