Virginia Beach, Va. - A Virginia Beach woman faces murder charges after a man was struck and killed by a vehicle in the parking lot of Plaza Middle School early Saturday morning.
Police were called to the school at 3080 South Lynnhaven Road around 5:25am Saturday morning and found Richard Owen Pentz suffering life-threatening injuries.
Sarah E. Flanders
Pentz later died at a hospital.

39-year-old Sarah E. Flanders was arrested and charged with second degree murder in his death.
Flanders is being held in the Virginia Beach City Jail on no bond.
