Not guilty. That's how Michael Baigert, Jr. told a federal judge he plans to plea according to the US attorney's office.

This morning he was in court after documents show he was being indicted for having sex with four underage girls and recording all of it.

Baigert is already in a jail. Investigators say almost a year ago, he and a 14-year-old girl sent sexually explicit texts with one another, using "kik" a smartphone messaging app.

Weeks later, detectives say he drove from his Virginia Beach home all the way to Yorktown, where the girl lives. He then took her into a wooded area and raped her -- according to York County Deputies.

Now court documents say Baigert recorded himself having sex with four underage girls.

The indictment doesn't say anything about how Baigert met the four victims or if he met the girls on the "kik" app.

Police and federal investigators aren't saying why the case was bumped up to federal court nor would the U.S. attorney's office. A representative said they cannot comment on investigations.

Baigert will be back in court for his trial in November.
