Update: This warning has now expired.

A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Suffolk and Isle of Wight County until 8:45 p.m.

This thunderstorm is capable of producing quarter size hail, damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. It is moving southeast at 15 mph.

The storm could also produce destructive hail, deadly lightning and very heavy rain.
