Newport News, Va. – A Newport News man was arrested last week for allegedly dropping his pants in front of a Jefferson Avenue business.
47-year-old Diandre Milbourne was arrested and charged with one count of stalking and three counts of sexual display on July 24th
Milbourne had been reported the day before for masturbating in front of the business, according to police.
