Don’t worry Norfolk. The Norfolk PD will investigate and determine the the officer did nothing wrong in any way whatsoever! He will be released so that he can arrest Norfolk residents for whatever he wants. The cops don’t hold cops accountable like the regular citizens of the city of Norfolk. COPS ARE ABOVE THE LAW! AND THEY KNOW IT!!!!!

If cops don’t hold cops accountable, then why did they make the arrest, genius? It was Norfolk pd who arrested him so why would they do that then determine he did nothing wrong??? Wow. You just make no sense. And cops don’t arrest people for “whatever they want”. you must be a troublemaker to believe that.

Where is the mug shot. WTKR always put up an embarrasing mug shot. Why did they not put one online for the Norfolk Police Officer

There is no mugshot that’s why smart guy. It’s says right in the article a summons was issued so there is no mugshot because he did not go to jail.

Because the police don’t put mug shots of police online when it is an officer in their own department. Like the other poster said, Police are above the law.

You apparently didn’t read the article. Soliciting prostitution is a summonsable offense– meaning you get a summons to appear in court, you don’t get booked into jail. So there is no “mug shot”. A “mug shot” is taken when you are booked into the jail system. Duh.

There is no mugshot that’s why smart guy. It’s says right in the article a summons was issued so there is no mugshot because he did not go to jail. If he was “above the law” then the department could have easily just not written the summons and let him go.

“His previous assignment was with the Investigative Services Bureau.”
