(CNN)– An Oklahoma woman was able to stop her attacker with something you wouldn’t normally find on the average citizen:  Handcuffs.

Toni Jones, daughter of a sheriff’s deputy, subdued a man trying to steal her car in the parking lot of a Homeland store in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

With the help of her mother and sister, Jones held her handcuffed attacker until police arrived.

The suspect, Daniel Ray Dodson, is now in police custody.
