Portsmouth, Va. – Crews were called to the scene of a fire at an abandoned warehouse in Portsmouth on Tuesday night.
They received calls about the incident at around 7:13 p.m. The deteriorated warehouse is located in a railyard near Godwin Street and Tally Court.
They say the fire was inside of the building and it is now under control.
They do not believe anyone was inside. Crews had trouble getting water on the fire because it is a distance away from a water source.
