UPDATE: After a hidden camera caught a woman taking items from a baby’s grave, she stepped up and explained why she did it.

According to MyFox8.com, Frieda Kay Shade admitted she was the person in the video.

She says she saw a loose dog on the property and picked up the stuffed animal to keep the animal from ripping it apart.

She was served a summons for petty theft.

Hayden Cole Sheridan, a 14-month-old baby, passed away back in 2007, and shortly afterwards his parents noticed items being taken away from his gravesite.

According to kfor.com, a woman was recently captured on camera swiping a large yellow duck from the child’s final resting place.

It was put there just before Easter.

Police say the woman captured in the video may not be responsible for the other thefts.

Please…. Saving it from a dog no on can see on camera. That is about as sorry as an excuse as I have ever heard.
I hope they identify this person and let her punishment be she has to hold up a large sign and a stuffed animal on a busy roadway outside a cemetery saying. “I stole from a baby’s grave”.
