Deadly motorcycle accident

Temperancville, Va – State police responded to another deadly motorcycle accident Saturday afternoon around 2:50 p.m.

They say an 81-year-old drove into the path of a motorcycle on route 13 in Temperancville, Va on the Eastern Shore.

The man on the bike was thrown and suffered major injuries.

The driver was taken to Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Maryland where he later died.

He has been identified as 52-year-old Corlas Dennis of Newark, Md.

The 81-year-old, Freddie Sair Sr. has been charged with failure to yield right of way.

    I hope the VSP requested a Department of Motor Vehicle Medical Exam on the 81 year old driver to see if his privilege to drive should be revoked.
