A lot of people have advice on how to lose weight.

But here's something you may not have heard - grocery shopping more often could help you lose weight.

Doctors say those people who buy all their groceries at once are more likely to binge eat because they have a full cart and more options in their pantry.

Two thirds of people admit to binge eating within three days of grocery shopping, and one third admit to snacking while unloading groceries, leading to weight gain.

Doctors say when you go to the store, you should only buy what you need for the next day.
