tamia, i am so sorry you have to deal with the ignorance of the world while grieving the loss of a friend. People love to hide behind the computer with hate and ignorance. I am sure the people doing so are lost souls who. Are unhappy and want others to feel pain to. tamia, i am sorry for your loss.

  • Nancy

I live near where this had happened. I heard the shots at 1:27 and had hoped nothing had happened and now to hear this. So sad.

Just so sad, i know young people want to have some fun and get out, then there is the one who comes for trouble. always one or two who wants to start some trouble then someone gets hurt or killed and so many people have to grieve. This is my young cousin, such a promising life and now her mother has to bury her child. Such a sad time for all those who knew her. What can be so terribly wrong that someone takes the life our young and then we move on but the people who love and hold the young dear do not forget or move on. Much love, respect and support to the Wiggins family.

Dummy, how many parties did you attend where they give you names and background checks at the door. You have poor thinking skills.

  • Honestly....

Can someone please call a truancy officer and report “Clotus” absent from school? He really should be improving his grammar and spelling, instead of surfing around on his Mommy’s computer trying to stir the pot.

  • John Schwab

Clotus, I fully agree with you. However, it is a shame that a teenager cannot go to a party without risking their life. Often they do not even know the shooter. Please, if something breaks out at an affair you are at, get the fools outside, lock the doors, and call the police. DO NOT go outside to break it up or to watch. Hope this is writ good enuf for Honestly. And may God extend His comforting arms to her family and friends..

WE all know there are ignorant people all over not just in the african american demographic. The AA demographic always gets the most News time. The person who took a gun to a high school party was a COWARD. Only Ignorant people believe guns and violence are the solution to a problem. It saddens me that a young lady lost her life but we also have to do better at home. In my field I see alot of young adults in bad situations which, if caught at an early age could have be prevented with proper guidence and parenting.

  • The Don

Oh no you didn’t clotus !! and to add to other comments listed…it seems regardless of the parenting by 99% of single parents this will continue to take place as the black on black crime has risen! Todays inner city youth are ignorant and could careless! Most don’t have the respect for themselves so how can they offer it to others. Can’t blame the white man for these shenanigans brought on by your own race.

I am sorry for your lost of your daughter, sister, aunt, friend. ( 2 Corinthians 1: 3,4) Comfort when loves one dies. Also (John 5:28,29 reads) A real hope of being reunited with your dead loved ones. Also Job:14:14,15).I pray this will help you in the time of your lost.

  • Melton Sampson

May prayer go out to mother and the family and lost of their love one May God strenght and comfort them. God will see you through

  • asia jones

Clotus, you are extremely ignorant. Quita didn’t have any children for you information and she recently graduated from high school. The fact that a teen can’t go to a party and be safe is crazy.she fought for life for several hours in that hospital before dying. It is disrespectful and just wrong for you to speak about the dead (God rest her soul) in such a way. You should be ashamed of yourself. Judging her before you ever met her. She was a sweet kind hearted teenager.and you would have been honored to meet her. And if 18was considered an adult why does it end in teen . Exactly . Shut up

  • Jimeryl

She was the kindest, funniest, and most compassionate person I’ve ever met @ TCC. It’s saddens me that she was taken from us so early.

    <3 RIP Quita <3
