Norfolk Police are currently looking for a missing adult female.
Rosa A. Powell, 43, was last seen at 9:00 a.m. on March 5th in the 900 block of Trice Terrace.
Powell is approximately 5’4” and weighs about 160 pounds. She was last seen wearing a burgundy Virginia Tech sweatshirt, dark blue jeans, and white tennis shoes.
Powell does not suffer from any known disabilities.
