Jonathan Goldsmith joins the fight against canine cancer

He is known as the world’s most interesting man, and now he wants to be known as one of the many fighting to find a cure for canine cancer.

Jonathan Goldsmith is the face of Heineken’s Dos Equis brand and according to cbsnews.com, he is now working with The Orvis Company’s campaign to raise money for the Morris Animal Foundation, an organization working to fight against canine cancer.

“I’ve been a dog lover all of my life,” Goldsmith said. “I do everything I can to help in any way,” says Goldsmith.

The Morris Animal Foundation wants to raise $250,000 this year. They’ve raised nearly $1 million since the campaign started back in 2009.

The program is asking dog owners to enter photos of their dogs into the Orvis Cover Dog Contest for Morris Animal Foundation.

They will raise money by getting fans to donate $1 for each vote. The Million Dollar Dog Sweepstakes will end on Feb. 15.
