Man sought for theft of ink cartridges in Chesapeake

Chesapeake Police are looking for a man captured on surveillance footage stealing ink cartridges from a department store in the 4200 block of Portsmouth Boulevard.

Police say the crimes happened on August 5th, August 23rd, and October 22nd.

Each time, the black male removed several ink cartridges and placed them down his pants.

In two of the three cases, the man had two young children with him and fled the store in a dark colored Lexus SC400.

Anyone who has information on the identity of the individual is asked to call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.

    What ? Are you kidding me ? Somebody tried to steal ink cartridges. weird… Isn’t it?

    Few days ago, I heard that a man was begging for ink cartridges in http://www.greenhavensupply.com/ though he paid a bit.

    I know ink cartridges are expensive but not that much one would have to steal or beg for.
