Hampton, Va. - As part of small business Saturday, Ethereal Cupcakes at the Peninsula Town Center in Hampton is holding their Raise the Dough charity drive.
NewsChannel 3’s Bianca Martinez will be working alongside a pastry chef making one of their famous cupcake recipes with part of the proceeds going to her choice charity, Wounded Wear.
