Man arrested for several indecent exposure cases in Portsmouth

Portsmouth Police say they've identified the man they believe is responsible for several indecent exposure cases reported in the Prentis Park section of the city.

Demetrius Branch, 31, has been taken into custody after an incident on November 18th.

Police say at approximately 10:33 a.m., they received a report of an indecent exposure in the 1300 block of Lincoln Street.

The victim reported Branch exposed himself to the her as she walked past him int he area.

Branch then followed the victim and continued to expose himself, at which time the victim was able to contact police.

Police located Branch in the area and took him into custody.

He has been charged with 3rd and 4th offense indecent exposure.

As a result of their investigation detectives have charged and arrested Branch with two more counts of indecent exposure from cases reported to have occurred on November 3rd and November 11, 2013 in the 1700 block of Atlanta Avenue.
