Nelson Camarillo, 52, has been charged with five counts of unlawful filming. He is out of jail on a $2,500 bond.

A spokesperson for the center told Newschannel 3 Camarillo was an employee, but said no patients had access to the bathroom with the camera.

Police say in all three women were caught on the camera when they thought they were alone.

According the court documents, a worker noticed what looked like a keyless entry remote in a plant in the restroom, but when they looked a little closer they realized it was a camera.

The center’s spokeperson would not say what position Camarillo had, but said he has been suspended. A patient told Newschannel 3 he had given her dialysis before and she called him a sweet, honest-looking man.
