Virginia Beach, Va. – A transformer caught fire in Virginia Beach early Friday morning, officials tell NewsChannel 3.
It started a little after 5 a.m. this morning at the intersection of Great Neck Road and Plantation Drive.
The fire is out; however, about 300 customers temporarily lost power. Dominion Virginia Power says all power was restored to customers by 6:45 a.m.
