Virginia Beach, Va. – Three people are without a home after their house was damaged by a fire in the 5700 block of Oak Terrace Drive in Virginia Beach.
Officials say the damage is moderate.
Units arrived on the scene at 4:42 p.m. and declared it under control by 5:05 p.m.
The people who were inside of the home at the time were able to get out safely.
They learned about the fire when a neighbor knocked on the door and told them the back of the house was on fire.
Crews believe the fire was accidental and could be from an electrical problem.
