Case against mom accused of using her kids to make porn moving forward

Chesapeake, Va. – The case against a mother accused of using her young children to make pornography is now moving forward.

Kanealeen Latouche’s family watched on in court on Tuesday as a judge moved her case to circuit court.

She is charged with 30 crimes involving child pornography. Police say the two victims are her two children, a 2-year-old boy and a 3-year-old girl.

Police have not said what they found during their investigation or why they were suspicious.

Chesapeake Police say this type of case is very rare. They say it’s the first of its kind since their Internet Crimes Against Children unit started in 2010.
