Portsmouth, Va. – Four people were arrested after the Portsmouth Police Department conducted a prostitution bust on August 23rd.
Bryan K. Porter, Travis L. Ames, James C. Herring, and Raymond C. Evans were all charged with solicitation of a prostitute.
Ames, Herring and Evans were all released on a criminal summons police say.
Porter was also served on an outstanding warrant for violation of a court order.
