Portsmouth, Va. - A truck spilled a load of human waste at the intersection of Frederick Blvd. and Airline Blvd. on Monday.
Supervisors on scene say the Atlantic Plumbing truck had a hydraulic failure, causing it to spill its contents onto the roadway.
No injuries were reported. Atlantic Plumbing supervisors and Portsmouth Public Works officials responded to the incident.
Crews have been working to clean the spill since 11 a.m. Monday morning.
