Virginia Beach, Va. – Today, Mayor Sessoms, City Council, and the Beach police chief will discuss a resort area police staffing strategy.
The Virginia Beach police chief will make a presentation on better ways to respond to large, unexpected crowds, after the incident back in April during College Beach Weekend – that’s when thousands of college students from across the country came to the Oceanfront.
