Update: Man charged in Oceanfront stabbing

Virginia Beach, Va. - Three people were stabbed at the Oceanfront Saturday evening.

At around 5:30 p.m., police say they received a call about a man armed with a knife in the 2200 block of Atlantic Ave.

One victim was taken to the hospital with a stab wound to the abdomen, the other two suffered minor injuries and were not hospitalized.

Police have arrested the suspect.

The suspect is identified as 33-year-old Jimmy Lee Dutton, of the 100 block of West Va Avenue, Holladay, TN.

Dutton has been charged with one count of Aggravated Assault and is being held without bond in the Virginia Beach Correctional Center.
