Virginia Beach, Va. – It’s the Pre-Polar Plunge to benefit Special Olympics in Virginia. 

NewsChannel 3′s Blaine Stewart is live at 6th Street this morning at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront – as dozens of folks will take the plunge into the ocean.

NewsChannel 3′s Juliet Bickford will be joining Blaine Stewart.
