Tickets for the 13th annual St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway are now on sale.
This year’s dream home is in the Ashville Park Neighborhood of Virginia Beach.
The home is worth more than half a million dollars!
It has four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
The home also has a gourmet chef’s kitchen!
The Dream Home Giveaway benefits the St. Jude Children`s Research Hospital.
Tickets are on sale at Hampton Roads area Townebank branches and Judy Boone Realty.

Tickets cost one $100.
The drawing for the dream home will happen live right on NewsChannel 3 in April.
