This year's dream home is in the Ashville Park Neighborhood of Virginia Beach.
The home is worth more than half a million dollars!
It has four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
The home also has a gourmet chef's kitchen!
The Dream Home Giveaway benefits the St. Jude Children`s Research Hospital.
