Welcome home USS New York!
The USS Iwo Jima and USS New York are finally home. This was a delayed homecoming; the two ships, along with the USS Gunston Hall, were ordered to return to the Mediterranean as their 8-month deployment was ending when fighting in the Gaza Strip heated up.
