Sailor surprises family at ODU basketball game

Right before the start of Friday’s women’s basketball game at Old Dominion University, a sailor shocked his family.

CT First Class Justin Neuman held his kids and his wife close after being deployed in Africa for the past year.

The family was looking at a pre-recorded message when he came out onto the court!

It was a moment to remember.
