Dare County officials need help to find out who is behind larcenies

The Dare County Sheriff’s office needs you to take action against crime and help them figure out who’s behind several larcenies.

They say over the last few weeks, someone stole cash, electronics and two guns from unlocked cars in the north end of Roanoke Island and in Wanchese.

Investigators say no locked cars have been entered.
