According to Beach police, crews are investigating a burglary in the 4800 block of Shore Drive at the intersection of Oliver Drive.
Police say they received a call about a possible burglary at around 3:23 p.m. on Tuesday.
They say one occupant was assaulted but refused rescue.
Police say they do not know how the alleged burglar got into the home or if any items were taken.
Police are still investigating this case.
