In Virginia Beach - the man accused of killing Norfolk Officer Victor Decker was indicted on new charges.
Raymond Perry was indicted on five counts yesterday – including a new charge of capital murder.
Officer Victor Decker’s body was found on the side of Oceana Boulevard in October of 2010.
His murder remained a mystery until this summer – when Perry was arrested.
He is already serving more than 90 years in South Carolina for a string of robberies.
A judge should be setting his trial date later this week.
