Police continue to search for missing 26-year-old Norfolk woman
Norfolk police say they still have no leads in the disappearance of 26-year-old Phylicia Robinson.
The mother vanished after last being seen at her Ocean View home on October 3rd.
Her keys, car, wallet and cell phone where left there.
She’s 5’4 and about 125 pounds.
She has a tattoo of a bow and arrow on her chest.
Police say they haven’t ruled out foul play.
