Norfolk-based ships to arrive in New Jersey and New York today
The last Norfolk-based ships headed north will be arriving in New Jersey and New York today.
A photo was taken from the USS San Antonio as sailors watched the USS Carter Hall get replenished at sea.
The ships have rescue swimmers, heavy lifting helicopters, and other supplies to help with rescues and clean up in New York.
