Dispatch: Person pinned inside car in Beach accident
There was an accident in Virginia Beach on Elbow Road and Salem Road. A car flipped over and a person was pinned inside.
Calls came in at 7:01 p.m.
Crews were able to get the driver out of the car.
There is no word yet on the condition of the driver.
