Update: Man charged in Norfolk shooting in Campostella area
According to Norfolk Police, investigators responded to a homicide in the 1600 block of Colon Avenue in the Campostella area Thursday night.
Police received the call around 9:32 p.m. about a male gunshot victim.
Police have identified the victim as Eustace Alexander Stevenson of the 500 block of W 34th Street.
They have also charged 30-year-old Hussain Abdus-Salaam from the 800 block of Wilson Road. He has been charged with murder and use of a firearm.
This case is still under investigation.
