Vandals target Ghent section of Norfolk
Norfolk, Va. – Some graffiti that turned up in the Ghent section of Norfolk has some people feeling like they are being watched.
The messages in the graffiti along Core Avenue near Gates Avenue do not appear to be threatening.
But one couple, who did not want to go on camera, says the messages refer to people in the neighborhood.
Others just hope police find whoever is behind the graffiti.
“It’s just disgraceful,” says Howard Hemmerich, “It makes the buildings look bad…makes our neighborhood look bad. Ya know, I’m all for a pretty neighborhood. “
If you know anything about the graffiti call the crime line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
