Norfolk Crime Line Celebrates 30 years

The Norfolk Crime Line is celebrating 30 years of taking action against crime!

This community organization is made up of volunteers who raise money to pay the rewards to tipsters who call the Crime Line.

The group honored all those who have worked so hard since 1981 to make Norfolk safer.

NewsChannel 3′s Juliet Bickford spoke at the festivities.
