In Norfolk, a car fire closed down eastbound lanes into the Downtown Tunnel.
It happened around four Saturday afternoon.
A firetruck was on the scene and traffic was detoured near the 264 Effingham Street exit.
No word on how the fire happened or if anyone was seriously hurt.
Lanes were back open by five Saturday evening.
