Operation School Uniform: Taking action for local students
NewsChannel 3 is taking action for homeless children – and asking you to join us.
Together with the ‘My Help, My Hope’ charity – NewsChannel 3 is proud to be behind “Operation School Uniform” for the second year in a row.
We collect donations, as well clothing to help homeless children get the clothing and supplies they need for school.
You can help by picking up socks, shoes, pants, polos, and jumpers of various sizes. They also need school supplies.
You can drop off your donations at First Impressions Barber Shop and Salon at Janaf Shopping Center or right here at NewsChannel 3′s downtown Norfolk studio.
We’re at 720 Boush Street, Norfolk, Virginia.
** Clothing will also be provided for children living in domestic abuse shelters**
