Beach police say the man captured on surveillance moments before he sexually assaulted a woman is Anthony Lawrence Norfleet.
Cops say he eyed his victim at a CVS on Friday, followed her down Independence Blvd. and then attacked her under a tree.

NewsChannel 3’s digging reveals that this is far from his first time facing sexual assault charges.
Norfleet appears on the state's sex offender registry. Their records say Norfleet was convicted in 1990 of sexually assaulting a girl in Massachusetts.
He made it onto Virginia's registry in December after he was convicted of sexually assaulting his roommate's girlfriend.
His bond sheet for that crime shows he said the sex was consensual.
But court records show months later, Norfleet struck a plea deal with commonwealth attorneys.
A judge sentenced him to three years, suspended two of those years and gave him credit for time served while he waited for the case to go to trial.
That allowed Norfleet to be released earlier this year before Friday’s attack.
